Mr. Babikian was more than helpful with my cross charm that wouldn't fit my chain. Sam was thorough and insightful with his explanation as to why certain procedures could damage my property. He didn't say he couldn't perform the task but rather explained what the cost would incur if he were to damage it. It was my decision to make as to whether or not proceed, knowing this and his knowledge of handling jewels ascertain that Sam was the right person for the job. Much to my delight and comfort Sam executed his craft to perfection. Needless to say I'm more than pleased.

Writing this review in regards to the staff that work here. I haven't purchased anything here quite yet but I still wanted to write a review. Local business that recently got robbed and I feel terrible because they are such nice people. It was a busy day when I stopped in but I needed to get my fiancé's engagement ring cleaned before I proposed. They were so nice and cleaned it right away. They let me sit with them and we chatted for a bit. Then when it came down to pay they didn't charge me and said good luck. I really thought it was nice and maybe it was because I was local or just got lucky but they were really nice.

I'm so thankful to have found Sam! Not only was he honest about the repairs needed on my engagement ring but he took the time to educate me. Ultimately I decided to pay to have my ring repaired with Sam rather than the original Jewler who made the ring even though it's still under warranty with them. The price was very fair, and my repair was done much quicker than Sam originally stated! All around extremely happy!
