They had a great reputation, and my experience is that it is well-deserved. As soon as my 2022 Volvo came off of warranty servies and the free maintenance program that was included, I shifted my first major service to these fine fellows. Work completed when promised....saved a bit as well from what the dealership cost would have been. Highly recommended.
Fantastic, friendly, customer service from Marcus and Mike. Additionally, I really appreciate Marcus going on two test drive with me to see what the issue is and to make sure that it was resolved. They also put plastic over the seat so that they wouldn't get things dirty. Something I've noticed that gets overlooked at other independent shops. The customer service here is honestly better than that of Rusnak Volvo.
Service was delivered by Vartkes and Mike with integrity, generosity, and expertise. As the owner of numerous Volvo models, ages 12-30, I’ve had plenty of independent Volvo repair shop exposure across the country. It can readily be said that even in a high cost of living and high overhead city, these guys value their clienteles’ loyalty more than making 1-2K worth of premature repairs. They know I’ll be back- because they were willing to give one of my ailing (but beloved) senior citizen Volvos a shot at being repaired using far less invasive and costly interventions as a first step.
