I've been practicing Bikram Yoga at Hot Yoga Pasadena regularly for a about 13 months now and I can't think of any negative things to say about this studio! It is equipped with clean showers and multiple restrooms. In the beginning, I had a hard time getting used to the smell of sweat in the hot yoga room full of people, but it no longer bothers me. It's just something that you have to get used to if you want to practice hot yoga anywhere.I love my regular instructors (since they pay attention to details and try to push me beyond my limits), but I have never had a bad instructor here. This is a wonderful Sunday night class. I came out so relaxed and feeling like I did something really good for my mind and body. Highly recommend. Great way to prepare for the week ahead. Thanks, Brook!
Visiting LA this weekend and decided to pop into hot yoga. Great 90 min session with Mikey. He was super nice and helpful. Great yoga instructor as well- helped pushed me through each posture. I would definitely go back whenever I'm in the area!!!
