I'm extremely happy with the results I received from Hot Spot Laser. I have been seeing Marine and Narine for many years and they are the best at what they do. I have somewhat darker skin, I am African American with a medium complexion and they were able to get close to 100% reduction of hair in my underarms, bikini, legs, face and happy trail. Their method has left my skin smooth, soft, hair free with no hyperpigmentation. I also don't have painful ingrown hairs in my bikini area anymore! Marine and Narine are the sweetest! Marine always does her best to get me in, even with short notice. And Narine is the only one I trust to do my laser treatments, especially with the delicate bikini area. She's ultra professional, precise, and a blast to talk to. 10/10 recommend!
I found Hot Spot Laser through yelp. It's my first and only laser center I've been to based on the positive reviews and I have the same sentiments as everyone else. You feel welcomed the moment you walk in. It's more than just customer and merchant, you talk, get to know one another. The wait time is very short, if you have questions, they are all answered. They explain the process from start to finish and give you an idea of what to expect and when. I am really happy with my experience. 5 starts all around.
