My hairstylist recommended Helen, and I'm so glad she did! During my consultation appointment, she explained everything to me thoroughly and patiently. My problem is that I have hair loss, and she is definitely the one to go to! She explained the options of what I can do to hopefully add volume to my hair and to start some regrowth. Her explanations were very thorough and she was honest in regard to all the pros and cons of various treatments. After going home and thinking about which treatment would be best for my situation, I decided to go with the Alma TED treatments. I have only had one treatment so far, but I was impressed with the care she took during the process. She was gentle and explained what she was doing every step of the way. It didn't take long at all! Afterward, she really took the time to give me tips on how to improve the health of my scalp. Helen puts so much love into her work and you can just tell she is fabulous at what she does! Booking a consultation with Helen was the best decision I made for my hair. She's amazing, makes you feel super comfortable and is very knowledgeable! I've been seeing her for almost 2 years now and her work is just amazing. I recently started the Alma TED treatment at her salon and it's been a positive experience for me. It's pain free, the treatment itself does not take very long and you're able to go about your day after it's done. I've done 2 treatments so far and already noticed my hair doesn't shed as much as it used to and new hair growth by my hairline. I'm excited to complete my 3rd treatment and see the end result. FYI her head spa is also amazing! I gifted one to my mom and she absolutely loved it as much as I did, she said it even helped with her sleep.
I have nothing but absolutely amazing things to say about Helen. She is a professional who has honed in on her craft and is the complete best at it, while still bringing you warmth and comfort when you enter her salon. I loved her and what she did for my hair so much after a few appointments that I asked her to do my hair at my wedding. There is no one else I would go to for hair extensions, she is so good at what she does. I couldn't recommend her more.
