It's easy to like a business that has personality. I was greeted with a friendly smile, as I entered the salon. Going to the Heart and Soul Spa was relaxing experience. There were professionals doing hair, as well as others doing nails, while I was there. It was nice to walk into a friendly engaging atmosphere. The hair stations and manicure/pedicure stations were cleaned and sanitized, after each client. Cleanliness is definitely a priority. As of todays visit I was very happy to see CLEAN ALCOHOL wipe down in front of me before I sat in chair. Wipe down hand rest, head rest alcohol spritz pillow. They have gloves and masks if I wanted to wear when I didn't feel in need this place has always been clean and I feel even cleaner there's no need to panic. You should always feel free to ask do you mind wiping this down this is the age we live in if someone's insulted by it then you go elsewhere but they wouldn't be insulted here! They're asking all clients if they're sick to please postpone their appointment as well as they had any contact with anyone... GUYS! I got my classic full set done here the other day. They look amazing! The price was also amazing! The workers were friendly and professional. I had such a good experience here and I highly recommend trying it out for yourself.
