I've been a patient for a few years, on and off, as needed and not only is the staff great, but it's really easy to re-join the program whenever I need a little bit of help with my nutrition. I'd recommend to anyone looking to start or renew any plans to help with getting your nutrition back in track.

I have been coming to Healthy for Life for two months for weight management. So far, I have lost over 20 lbs! I couldn't recommend them more! Though I found Healthy for Life via Groupon, their regular prices are reasonable, especially considering that the program works! I had gained pandemic pounds over the last few years and struggled to get them off. I tried very restrictive dieting and though I would lose, I would quickly regain (and then some) once I resumed "normal" eating. With this program, I feel like I got the jumpstart I needed to feel motivated. Couldn't be happier with my results i highly recommend!! I have already lost 10 pounds in two and a half weeks with the help of Katie and Sylvia. All of the staff are always very sweet and make u feel comfortable. Grateful to have found Healthy For Life.
