Professional, diligent, caring, personable and treated me like family. All of this became apparent when they were taking care of my father's taxes, when we discovered that the person my father had trusted for several years had embezzled from him. At that time, i felt like I was their only client - all hands on deck. They obviously could not help us get any of his money back, but they helped me navigate the IRS and clear up his tax liabilities on the fake investments and statements.
