The clinic people are really helpful and very professional. No complaints about them but Dr. Avakya? Terrible people skills. I go with my husband and hes so rude! Very receptive to males but I don't know about females. He might need to retire 🙄
Cristina is very rude has a bad attitude. Very sassy when asking a question. She asked if she could help me so I told her my line of business. Then she rudely said I'm helping someone else. There was no one standing there. A lady was by the door on her phone for 12 min. And I stated I was just here to pick up some progress notes from last visit. She said well I'm waiting for her. Why couldn't she just have a look? And not give attitude?? The visit prior I had a good experience with the other two ladies. They are pleasant, smiling, had a good attitude. I appreciate their diligence and humility in providing excellent service. Hopefully it will rub off on Cristina. As far as Dr.Wang he is amazing! He was very thorough and explained everything to where I understood it. I appreciate doctors that make sure us as patients understand. He also took time to check on other things to make sure I'm getting the proper care I need. THANK YOU KINDLY DR FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!
This feedback is to let Optum know that it is getting harder and harder to book appointments with the suggested referral providers. They don't have openings until a month or two months later. I was able to book a urologist appointment for July 30th for my constant bladder pains. This type of medical attention is not the service that us paying customers should receive. Our health concerns should be treated with urgency not as a business. I have called multiple obgyn doctors available on the Optum website and none of them take new customers, but my Optum in Glendale has no obgyn in house so I have to seek something outside with no luck because none take new customers. For what I'm paying to receive I would be better off at Kaiser, I select Optum every year through my employer because the service is great, but what great is the service if I can't even get into a doctors office to seek medical care that I rightfully deserve. I will make sure to leave this review and concern on every online platform I can find because I am truly disappointed that in America I can't be seen by a doctor in part because of the medical coverage I chose with Optum!
