Got my hair curled this weekend, my stylist was super aggressive with my hair. I thought everything was fine but the last couple days after I washed my hair I noticed there are a couple pieces that are absolutely fried. NEVER coming back.
Been here before. My daughter got a great blowout. I came here to get a blowout myself with the expectation of our last visit. My daughter got a mai tai and I requested volume, volume, volume! I got paired with somebody who was on their first day (found pout after and no training) who did not know what they were doing. I expressed by that I did not have the volume that I had requested. They tried to create volume with hairspray and NOT BLOWOUT. I waa still not satisfied as my hair looked like what I can do at home. There was no discount and no offer to do another blowout. I love Sophia
She has a great personality, listens to what you want and makes sure step by step it’s turning out the way you like. I’ve been to her a couple times and plan to continue to come through- I got a nice bouncy blow out and I am pleased!!
