These folks have been great so far! I have been using them for a handful of months now, and my clothes always come back looking clean and crisp. The prices are very reasonable as well. I recommend them to all my neighbors, as they do a pick-up and drop-off service at my building, thankfully. I would recommend it!

Conrad's Fine Dry Cleaners is one of the best kept secrets! The prompt, friendly, high quality on-time service cannot be beat! Conrad will complimentary pickup and drop off your items for service. Where else can you receive this high level of service for dry cleaning? The pickup/drop off is a huge benefit for me as I travel a lot and I rarely have a moment to handle much needed things such as dry cleaning. This service and quality of the dry cleaning is worth every single penny! For the payment, it's super easy & convenient! You will receive a text message letting you know the invoice is ready to be paid. Click on the secure link, enter your credit card info and voila, you're done! It does not get any better than Conrad's Fine Dry Cleaners! Give them a try, you will be very happy with your decision!

If it wasn't for their friendly staff and efficient service, I would've given Esteem Cleaners a 2 or 3 out of 5 star rating. Reason for the 4 out of 5: They were able to get rid of the stain caused by one of the seats from OO-KOOK KBBQ on Rosemead, and they were also able to freshen up two fitted baseball caps. The only thing I'm just kinda upset about are the wrinkles that both my hats got from the cleaning process. As you can see in the pictures, you'll know what I'm talking about. These hats are not even a year old, so those wrinkles were not there. Also, the thread on my one cap's logo got damaged from how it was cleaned. I should've checked my items at the time of pickup, so that, I could've raised a concern; but I was just excited to finally have my items cleaned and to know that I found a dry cleaning service that's really close by. Maybe my review and rating will allow them to re-evaluate the way they clean baseball caps, because, I know there are several people out there that may not feel as content as I do. Overall, I will continue to come here. They are respectable, efficient and their services are fairly priced. Last Note: That seat I mentioned was probably from a touch-up paint or stain that the restaurant used. So just be aware where you sit from now on, cuz I sure am.
