I had a wonderful conversation with one of the front desk agents named Sophia. I had a lot of questions regarding the different facials offered at the spa and she was so knowledgeable about each one. She answered every question I had and gave me a recommendation I know I can trust. Thank you Sophia! Your customer service was truly above and beyond.

Upon arriving we were greeted by a very friendly team of front desk staff that helped to check us in and gave us a tour of the facility. We were able to use the sauna and facilities before our services which were all very clean and well stocked. I had a deep tissue massage with Brian and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. He was able to get out all the knots that I had in my back and knew how to apply just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling refreshed and like new. I highly recommend the Chuan Spa to anyone staying at the Langham or nearby for a great spa day experience.
