“Purchased my new Yukon in Palm Desert approximately 5 months ago only dealership that had a Yukon XL AT4 for sale at list price no markup!!Only bummer when we went to see the car they had just had the crazy wind and rain truck was covered in find sand/dirt.Dealership washed waxed 2 different occasions but I could still see some swirls and the paint surface was not smooth. When I ran my hand over paint you could feel there was fallout on entire vehicle. Too far to drive for a 3rd trip and I knew I would not get a better result.Fast forward did a little research and connected with Javier from Gloss Boss.Omg this guy knows his stuff. I’m in automotive business and have a basic understanding of paint and polishing but Javier is on another level.He pointed out some of the factory flaws in the paint, used special lighting that identified all the swirls and minor scratches in the car.He explained his process and I just let himbe. Wow took him about 4 1/2 hours but OMG what a difference. My Yukon looked better than the so called “factory show room finish”Yukon is a dark blue looks almost black in the evening time. The car now pops when you see it incredible shine and when you run your hand over the paint feels so smooth.Me and my wife have been noticing people really checking out the Yukon even more and commenting on how nice it looks. Best part is all I have to do is just hand wash my car, the coating he applied to the Yukon will last at least a year if I keep it out of the car washes. It’s been over a month since Javier polished and applied the coating on the Yukon. This review is a bit over due but I wanted to give it a little time, Yukon still looks great despite all the crazy weather we have been having.THANK YOU JAVIER.Already refered a few family and friends and will be repeating the coating next year.“

“These guys were GREAT. They came out and did a full interior/exterior of one of our cars, and the interior of the other. Both look (and smell) phenomenal, we're very pleased. And it was so nice to have them come to us! We'll make a yearly appointment out of this.One small negative—they did break the parking brake gaiter inside my partner's car. It's an easy replacement, but a bummer to have to do!“

“The difference is night and day compared to the Garvey Monterey Park UPS store (with 1.5 stars). The service is great here and I would drive out of my way to come here again! I made an order to print online and went to the store to pick it up. I saw my receipt and didn't realize the pick up time wasn't until the evening. The service agent was very accommodating and I only waited a short time before my copy was printed. While I waited, the agent asked everyone in the store whether they needed help. This is very different from the other UPS store in the area.“
