10/10 will return. Mestre Muito Tempo (Phil) is a great teacher, and the group is very friendly and welcoming to beginners and visitors alike. Great workout, and always some fun/laughter too. Highly recommend.

Contramestre Muito Tempo is the real deal. One of the best Capoeira schools outside of Brazil. I highly recommend begginner take advantage of this incredible resource.
