Alex is always accessible by phone and extremely responsive to questions. He arrived on time for the initial appointment, provided the estimate by the date promised, handled all the contracting, permitting, and inspection requirements; managed the subcontractors (who were also very professional), and followed through on scheduling for all phases of the job. I didn’t have to do anything. He also keeps excellent written records of costs and services; when the job was done, the final payment matched my accounting exactly. My new kitchen is beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier! In fact, everything went so smoothly that we proceeded with a recessed lighting project and painting throughout the home that went equally smooth and worry free.
