I recently visited Burke Williams Pasadena and had a very relaxing and Zen-like experience. Although the young lady at the front desk was servicing another client as I entered the lobby, she acknowledged my presence and kindly asked me to wait. I appreciate those small, yet not-so-small details. I received a Pure Relaxation Massage by JOANA who was AWESOME; one of the best massages I've had in awhile. The facilities (lounge, women's spa and quiet room) were very clean and beautifully appointed. I found the support team to be well-staffed, attentive and friendly. It was recently remodeled! It was so beautiful, and relaxing. Everything is so feminine with the soft warm pink touches and modern upgrades. Its a must. My friend and I had such a great time. Thank you Burke Williams
