I'm an aging guy, on a limited budget, who went from decades of scraping by with non-prescription readers to finally accepting that I needed four pairs of specialized prescription glasses—for reading, for sitting in front of computers for hours on end, and for distance both indoors and outdoors (sunglasses). After resisting wearing glasses for so long, and, let's face it, being a little vain, I wasn't a good candidate for progressives despite the practical and economic considerations.

Raymond was insanely kind. I had been taking my mother to so many doctors appointments after a major surgery, and she unfortunately broke her glasses. I was a little stressed out getting them fixed quickly for her and her general care. I had never been to Brighter Optical before but saw they were nearby and just stopped by. Raymond fixed them perfectly in like five minutes free of charge. The act made such a positive impact on our very stressful day and we’ll definitely be back for all our future needs for glasses.

Had a n inconvenient but urgent issue dropped my glasses and the lens popped out and i couldnt drive without them. I found Brighter Optical and Holly was so helpful and quickly assessed the issue and did a quick repair and at no charge. If you want Great customer service, i highly recommend Brighter Optical ??
