I usually wait some time to evaluate a new hairstylist, that way I can see how the layers look when grown out/ how long the color lasts and I'm super glad I found Krystal! She's located in Salon Republic in the Paseo and it's very easy to find. I owe it to google for showing me there was a Salon Republic in the area & after looking at the directory for someone who could squeeze me in for a trim, I found Amica Hair Studio. You can easily book on their website. It's a 2 salon chair hair studio and decorated very chic! I can tell Krystal really has a passion for hair-- she's so easy to talk to and not pushy! So, my favorite stylist moved to Salon Republic from Artform Studio. Kheyli is amazing! She's an expert in the field of color correction, balayage, and anything color related, in my opinion. She gives great tips on how to care for your hair. She's also very friendly and a great person to talk to! Give her a try, you won't regret it. Hair Artistry by Caitlin Ashjian™ just moves into #304 and I have nothing but the highest praise for her. I've been seeing Caitlin since 2014 (and have followed her to every location since then). She is an amazing colorist and knows how to work with every type of hair. Her expertise is in balayage. What I love most about her is that she works with each client before a color or cut. She aims to understand goals and amount of effort you want to put into maintaining your hair. 10/10. Highly recommend!
