I was a tenant of their building, renting office space in the building where AMC operates. I do not have experience as a direct customer for their HVAC services.I had been a tenant for roughly six and a half years. For the most part, there were no problems during my stay.However, to this day (about three months after move out), I have not received any of my security deposit back, nor an itemized statement of how the funds were used. In my opinion, this was because I had mentioned the state law which describes what I should or should not be fairly charged for, given my long term stay. In my opinion, they took offense that I brought up the law, and that was their reason to decide that I should not get any of my deposit back.They were quite pleasant during my time there. I just wished they stayed fair and professional when I moved out.

I rarely leave a review for a company but in this case, I feel I should share my experience with AMC. This company is owned by a Christian family with values and ethics. I first meet Jack, the owner, and his daughter Marion several years ago. Jack is a "man's man" kind of guy but friendly and honest.Last year our heating went out during a very cold time of year and my husband had just had heart surgery and we were freezing. I called Jack, they needed a special part that was only available in Long Beach. Jack drove that day to pick it up and installed it the next day and we then had our heat back. We had called the company that installed our system and they could even come out for several days. This was a safety issue for my husband just coming out of the hospital. After Jack went above and beyond to get the part and fix our system, I was very grateful. So A/C and heating were older so we decided to replace it with a more efficient system and not be in the position went it would break and be under the gun to get it fixed. Jack came up with an excellent price and said it would take about 4-5 days. His team arrived on a Monday and started work and finished on a Thursday. Jesus manages the team. They were all non-invasive, we barely knew they were in the house. Polite, cleaned up every day, it went very smooth. Thank you, Jack and Jesus!!!The A/C now really works well and we are saving money on a more efficient unit. Well worth the price.

System was cleaned 1 month later it stopped working Called Left voice-mail and no reply Had to hire a new company to fix the problems Not happy with this company I wouldn't recommend them...
