Absolutely amazing experience. It was my first time getting my lashes done since i was a kid and i will never go anywhere else. I traveled from Anaheim Hills to Pasadena to get them done and will be continuing to come every two weeks to get them filled. Couldn’t have asked or imagined a better experience. Shout out to Tori for making my last experience phenomenal.
I am giving 5 stars for the customer service. They are always kind and accommodating and all of the girls have great personalities. I got a full set of lashes about a month ago and I loved them.; they also grew out beautifully and had great retention. A couple of days ago I was back for a lash and brow tint as well as lip chin and eyebrow wax. I have to admit that my eyebrows are a little over waxed, especially my right brow, in the middle, and my eyebrows look and feel far apart. I should have communicated better to the tech that I would like to be careful to not remove too much hair, if any, in the center. When it grows out I might try this location again.. First time at Amazing Lash Studio - Hastings Ranch. I’ve had lash extensions many times before. Booking appt online was super easy and was able to get in quickly. Front desk staff, Justice, very friendly and helpful! Lash tech Eliza was beyond talented, gentle handed, and gave me the perfect set. Thank you all!
