I have been here twice in the last 6 months and both times I was happy with the outcome. The first time I needed help getting into a safe that we lost the key to and the second time was today and I needed to have a spare key made for a Tundra which needs a special key with a chip. Pricing is fair and they are all very welcoming.

Family owned business that provides old fashion quality customer service at fair prices. I’d say, a valuable treasure in Altadena. They offer 24 hours service, again, at very reasonable rates when compared to most other highly overpriced locksmith shops.

A pillar of our community. He came out after me house burned down to make a key for my old VW bug that survived. He had to take the lock cylinder back to the shop and bring it back to install and he didn’t even want to charge me. I made a donation instead. I hope this business does very well. Good people, family business.
