We came in around 2 am for a dog emergency. Over the phone I was told a 3-4 hour wait, but when we showed up we were seen immediately Unfortunately, it was not a good visit because we had to put her down because realistically our dog was 16 and a half and had several problems. When the doctor came in, I can tell she was crying which meant it was not good news. We definitely felt the empathy and know they really care about pets here. Won't be getting any pets soon, but will definitely keep them in mind if we do. Screw Flanders.

Was referred to Access by our vet for more advanced internal medicine treatment for our elderly pet. Dr. Rowland was her internist - she is a talented and caring doctor who did a great job explaining all the medical issues and treatment paths available. No pushing of treatments and was very sensitive to our needs/wants considering we were dealing with end of life decisions with our dear dog. When our dog passed in the middle of the night Access again was there - told us to bring her in and they would hold her for pick-up by the aftercare company. They made a very hard time much easier..

The next day when my dog was ready to be discharged, we were able to meet with the 3 cardiologist who were treating my dog and they were amazing, explaining... read full review
