First of all, the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. I needed a dress dry cleaned on short notice, and while most places would have said no, they were willing to see what they could do. Jazmine is especially wonderful when it comes to alterations. I'm on the shorter end, so I often need my dresses altered. She listens carefully to what you're looking for and ensures everything fits just right.

I was nervous handing over a jersey that is very dear to me with big stain on it and seeing as the jersey was white , I was ready to just make peace with it and continue to wear the jersey with all it's visible stain imperfections. “This place does a good job but sometimes i just need a pair of pants or sweats to be shorter and they cost $10?! Sometimes i end up doing it myself when i realize cutting and sowing back an easy pair of pants is $10. But i do have to give it to them, they do a great job. Also, the store hours on the maps is inaccurate. I've been there trying to drop off or pick up clothes when they open or about to close and it's been close.“

I went back to pick them up but later on in the day I felt that they were now too tight. I returned to John and fixed that issue too without a problem. He showed me what he did exactly with my jeans and I admired his intricate detailing on the jeans to make it look like they've not been altered. John has been in the tailoring business for 50+ years
