I’ve been going to them for the better part of six years now (couple pairs of pants, suit jacket with too long of sleeves, etc.) and every time they deliver. They are always kind and do their best to make whatever happen for you. I had to specifically come and leave a review today because yesterday I was in a pinch. Purchased some new jeans and while I loved them, they were a bit too long, (32’s, I’m 5’6 lol). I reached out to them and let them know I had an emergency and that I was hoping they could have them hemmed and completed for pick up the next day, this was like 3pm. I am getting my dress custom made in Oaxaca, but since I cannot fly to Oaxaca for a fitting, Mary offered to fit and tailor me when I explained my situation! She is such a sweetheart and very professional. She asked qualifying questions, like to show her the style of dress and how high will my heels be. She took extra measurements, just in case they needed specifics. She made sure I understood her markings so that I can explain them to my Oaxaqueña seamstress. “This place does a good job but sometimes i just need a pair of pants or sweats to be shorter and they cost $10?! Sometimes i end up doing it myself when i realize cutting and sowing back an easy pair of pants is $10. But i do have to give it to them, they do a great job. Also, the store hours on the maps is inaccurate. I've been there trying to drop off or pick up clothes when they open or about to close and it's been close.“

“I went to Louie's cleaners to get my wedding suit, blazers, and pants, and my wife's wedding dress to get it cleaned and preserved. The pants were $5, the blazer was $15, and the wedding dress cleaning and preservation was $250. They even offered to clean her veil and preserve it for no extra cost! The boxing did take about 9 weeks, but it was right after the July 4 holidays so it's understandable. Louie's cleaned my suit very well. As for the preservation of the wedding dress and veil, they did an excellent job! My wife can now view her preserved wedding dress from time to time, and she is very happy about it. I would definitely recommend Louie's if you need suit cleaning or wedding dress preservation!“
