They're kind of weird, I told them like 4 times that i didn't want gel on my toes and the whole time they kept bringing up how gel is better. And to get gel that it's only $10 more, They didn't leave me alone until I was firm that I didn't want the gel I wanted regular. Also they don't sanitize. I just watched the lady that did my pedi move her cart and move on to the next pedicure without sanitizing the tools. Over all really uncomfortable vibe and really gross.
Under new management! I was going to this place since 2002, and then followed my nail tech to their other location on Rosecrans until I began to experience overworked staff and it began to show in their work! However, looks like the new owners turned this place around. I paid 60 for a gel mani and pedi. Lena did my mani and pedi and she did a great job. Got to talking to the owner and they've been in the nail business for many years. I was very satisfied with Lena's work, and their price! Glad I came back! I didn't feel rushed, and for me, being rushed throws me off my vibe. It defeats the purpose of us tired women going to have some relaxing "me" time.
NEW OWNERS, new shop! Brand new seats, new tables, new staff. I saw this shop go from runned down to now-- the glow up. It's never too busy, looks much better than before! Good service the last 3 times.
