10/10 service,Kim fixed the nail disaster from another nail salon. Great customer service and staff is friendly and inviting. Definitely a great go to salon, not sure why it is listed as 3.8 when it is 5 star service in my opinion. Recommend to give it a try at least ones (:

I have been coming to this salon for years, the previous review giving this place a 1 star was completely unfair as I was there receiving a service. She indeed ask for wax and asked the lady to not touch her ends. My assumption was she did not want to over wax or over trim to avoid disapointment. She lashed out and was yelling saying she did not like them and she was not going to pay $10 for a wax. They said "ok $5 then" she then continued to bash the place extremely loud and unprofessionally. She disturbed the peace of everyone in there trying to get a relaxing service. Please keep in mind this was the only service she was receiving and her partner a manicure. This place is great and I recommend this place to everyone.

Tracy has a wonderful staff, all the ladies are super kind and welcoming. I love getting my nails done by her or Kathy! Everyone does a good job but I'm a little bit of a perfectionist so I like to go back to who I've been to
