I have to say my 2 stars has nothing to do with Dr. Allen. He is a fantastic doctor; he is very personable, kind, and caring. With that being said, their office opens at 9, but the doctor doesn't arrive until 10:30. At least, that's what I was told. I signed my daughter in at 9 when they opened. I went home and came back at 10:30 only to be called to the back at 11. We sat in the exam room for an hour before the doctor came in. The slow pace in this office is a little alarming. It's an URGENT CARE, and things don't seem to be treated with much urgency.

I've been going here for a long time I love the doctor is receptionist behind the window now that's another whole thing they keep messing up on my medicine when they order it I love that doctor he sits and talks to you he explains things to you he's top-notch doctor highly recommend

They Care Here!!!!!! I had a great experience at Dusk to Dawn urgent care paramount. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment my daughter and Ip walked in. The doctor was attentive, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. The office was clean. We were seen in a expeditiously and my daughter and I truly felt cared for and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality urgent care. The Harmons thank you.
