About Airtronics Air Conditioning Corporation
Airtronics Air Conditioning Corporation is outstanding. They completed two HVAC maintenance visits, including a summer AC performance check and a heating system inspection. The scheduling process was very easy, and communication was smooth from start to finish. The HVAC technician did an excellent job, being thorough, professional, friendly, and honest about any possible service or parts costs. They carefully explained the results of the diagnostic testing, showed pictures of the AC unit, and pointed out the parts and fittings that needed repair or adjustment. They have strong experience with AC repair and HVAC maintenance. For a heater repair and boiler replacement service, Richard took the time to explain the options in simple terms. The quote included a quality replacement system with a strong transferable warranty. He and Jesse removed the old multi-zone boiler system and hot water tank, then completed a full heating system installation with new piping and updated components. They worked hard from start to finish and made sure the boiler, heat, and hot water were fully running before leaving. The work area was left spotless, and they honored the quoted price. Out of all the heater repair companies, Richard came out within a day and got the heat pump and heating system working again. He was friendly, skilled, and professional. The price was fair for the heating repair and system service. When an older HVAC system quit on a hot summer Sunday, they came out the same day. Hayden installed a high efficiency furnace, a whole-home humidifier, and a new outdoor air conditioner unit that looks great and runs smoothly. The service was professional, fast, and very helpful. During an installation, Hayden rebuilt the sheet metal above the furnace at no extra cost so the filter could slide out easily. They also improved the ductwork sealing. The whole installation process was smooth, professional, and much better than expected.
i originally meant to update my earlier review, because i have recommended airtronics air conditioning corporation many times after being so impressed with the quality of the furnace repair, furnace installation, and a/c work at my home. from the first service call through the final setup, the team showed real care, strong professionalism, quick scheduling, and great respect for my property. at the time of my earlier post, only the water heater work had been completed, but once the furnace and a/c portion was finished, i felt even better about the whole experience. i was very thankful they came recommended by close friends, because they truly delivered on everything they...read full review
They have been my go-to team for routine HVAC maintenance, AC repair, and heating system service for many years. The staff is always professional, friendly, and happy to answer questions in a clear and simple way. They respond quickly, schedule service calls on time, and make the whole process easy. I recently had them install a mini-split AC unit, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They kept the work area neat all day, worked carefully inside and outside the home, and cleaned everything up when the job was done. They also explained how the new system works, helped me understand basic maintenance, and made sure the airflow and cooling performance were...read full review
Overall an excellent HVAC experience from start to finish. We were new to the area and got a few recommendations for heating and cooling work. After speaking with several contractors, we chose this team because they provided clear estimates for different levels of service and were very prompt with follow-up communication. In the end, they replaced a failed gas water heater, removed an older gas furnace, and installed a new central AC system. The whole process was smooth and professional. They answered all of our questions, arrived on time, and completed the installation work efficiently. Their technician, Jesse, also took extra time after the job to walk us through how...read full review
