The scheduling process was very easy, and communication was smooth from start to finish. The HVAC technician did an excellent job, being thorough, professional, friendly, and honest about any possible service or parts costs. They carefully explained the results of the diagnostic testing, showed pictures of the AC unit, and pointed out the parts and fittings that needed repair or adjustment. They have strong experience with AC repair and HVAC maintenance. For a heater repair and boiler replacement service, Richard took the time to explain the options in simple terms. The quote included a quality replacement system with a strong transferable warranty. He and Jesse removed the old multi-zone boiler system and hot water tank, then completed a full heating system installation with new piping and updated components. They worked hard from start to finish and made sure the boiler, heat, and hot water were fully running before leaving. The work area was left spotless, and they honored the quoted price. Out of all the heater repair companies, Richard came out within a day and got the heat pump and heating system working again. He was friendly, skilled, and professional. The price was fair for the heating repair and system service. When an older HVAC system quit on a hot summer Sunday, they came out the same day. Hayden installed a high efficiency furnace, a whole-home humidifier, and a new outdoor air conditioner unit that looks great and runs smoothly. The service was professional, fast, and very helpful. During an installation, Hayden rebuilt the sheet metal above the furnace at no extra cost so the filter could slide out easily. They also improved the ductwork sealing. The whole installation process was smooth, professional, and much better than expected.
Overall an excellent HVAC experience from start to finish. We were new to the area and got a few recommendations for heating and cooling work. After speaking with several contractors, we chose this team because they provided clear estimates for different levels of service and were very prompt with follow-up communication. I had been dealing with problems with my older oil-fired boiler, and after a temporary heater repair from another company, it was clear the system would need to be replaced soon.
