I called Universal to repair my dishwasher door that wasn't holding it's opening due to a broken spring. I was given a time window for the next afternoon. By the end of the time window, the repairman called me to say that he was running late on the current job, but would be able to make it within 30 mins. I appreciated getting the call, as opposed to be contacted the next day. The repair was done quickly and thoroughly, with no wasted motions! Despite the lateness of the arrival, very happy with the results.
They were quick to respond and addressed my concerns. Very professional. Customer service was great. Had bad luck with other appliance companies but so far this company has been the best option.
If you need a repair this is the place! Speedy response! Very good customer service they listen to understand the issue and they are great at finding your best opinions in regards what is needed. The fact that the service was very speedy and the cost was even better! I'll definitely recommend this team and service to anyone that needs help! I was extremely happy with everything from the quote to the friendliness of the staff and the speedy repair!
