You can really tell the quality of a company from how they respond in a crisis. It was the dead heat of summer when my AC unit broke, I picked up the phone and called RA and spoke to Lauren. I explained my situation and she was able to send a tech out within hours to assess the damage and make the repairs. For myself the experience was nothing less than stellar and I am so thankful. I myself am a business owner and when I get five star service I feel an obligation to let people know this company is worth it and thank you again for coming through in a horrible situation and making it amazing.
