Overall, Panorama City HVAC Service's is praised for its efficient, professional, and trustworthy service that creates a comfortable indoor environment for families.
The duct and vent installation took the better part of a day, which felt appropriate given the complexity of our system and the need to work around existing infrastructure. The technicians were meticulous and ensured all seals were secure, avoiding any future airflow issues.
Initially, I was worried about the time it'd take since past repairs have been lengthy, but this technician efficiently identified a clogged drain line as the issue and had it fixed in under an hour. The cooling system has been running smoothly since, which is more than I can say for our last experience with a different company.
I anticipated a straightforward vent cleaning, which was what they delivered, completing the job in about an hour and identifying some minor obstructions that were promptly addressed. This service was more efficient compared to my previous experience with a different company last year, where the technicians took much longer to clear similar issues.
