“I was surprised reading ratings why such low rating if pictures of nails that looked good but I made my own experience and found out why:

The salon leads one basic English speaking lady. Her work is good. Rest of stuff (seems to be her relatives?) - non fluent English speakers that causing communication difficulties - that resulting in customers confusion and quality of work is unfortunately uneven.

The younger lady who replied the phone did first a nice manicure (see pictures).

She asked me what type of nails shape I want and suggested square. I asked her for round edges. It came out well.
With stickers it was an issue: I just wanted a tiny butterfly, she game me whole flower + butterfly. I asked her to cut the butterfly out, - it was not possible. I asked to sand/ paint the flower away. She said no.

For pedicure another older lady was doing my feet. Water was not warm enough, she fixed it. She did very sharp edges - I’ve asked her to round them - she didn’t understand. I didn’t see first. Then on the end when polish was already up - I had ugly feet with uneven cut nails and sharp edges.
I’ve asked her to fix it and spoke to this English speaking lady to translate it. As she was working on another customer. Very unpleasant. This older lady fixed it the way it was painful to me.
One good thing she did: when younger left to back room: older lady covered with one layer to tone down this bright red/green flower.

Positive:
+ they have great variety of trendy colors
+ cool stickers
+ she gave me with a sour face (-) a hand cream as present

Negative:
- language barrier
- the chair table was broken
- no chair massage available.
- I had to fix my pedicure at home.
- foreign language violent TV series was playing - I could not listen calmly my educational videos.

It cost me 80$ - I tipped 5$ - way to little - the service was way out of line of usual salons.

Customer experience - meh.

This salon needs another English speaking employee - manager that deals with customers and translates and deals with payments.

Day after I feel for this one younger lady that has to do all the work.
