Another great visit at Kaiser this time at the urgent care, and I must say, the efficiency and professionalism displayed by both the staff and doctors were truly commendable. The swift and well-coordinated service stood out, minimizing any wait time. The attentive and friendly demeanor of the staff contributed to a positive overall experience. I appreciate the prompt and effective assistance provided during my visit.

I have been a member of Kaiser for over 33 years and I went to this location because I had a referral to see the Gastroenterologist. Doctor Bruce Z, cared about my issue and recommended different examinations to rule out certain chances of any additional issues. The quality of care I received was exceptional. The office staff was lovely and made sure I had everything I needed. I favorably suggest this location for any kind of GERD, or reflux disease. Free parking all around the hospital.

It's my go-to medical center for Kaiser specialists. All of the doctors and staff are great!

Dad had a biopsy today. His nurse Patti was kind and the doctor was very patient to explain the procedure he was going to have. They gave him the good drugs and took him back while I waited in the outpatient area. Free guest internet helps to pass the time....the staff here is so good looking and extra caring. My mom comes here too and the kp.org app helps me keep medications and appointments for both of them organized. They offered juice a a sandwich to both of us while we waited. This place is top notch!

Kaiser member for over 28 years. Great experience with urgent referral. Left one Kaiser to go to another Kaiser. Called ahead, smooth check-in. Scheduled for this afternoon however, since i checked in early they were aware I was there and saw me early. I really appreciated that.

The call center seriously needs more people. KP executives are getting paid millions each, and they can't afford to hire a few more call center reps?Recently, it took me three days to make two appointments. The call center used to open an hour before I started work, but now they're open only during business hours, so the only time I could call in was my lunch break. By that time of day, wait times were always more than three hours, and the automated system didn't offer any callback option. To get through to someone, I finally had to ask permission from my supervisor to call at 8 AM, wait on hold while working, and then take an unpaid break when the phone was finally answered. The call center staff are generally competent and courteous. There just aren't enough of them. It's ridiculous how much of a hassle it is just to get someone on the phone. And even once you do, the next available appointment is weeks or months out, because Kaiser doesn't hire enough doctors.

Complete clown show, rude as hell employees, rules upon rules that pass the effort and burden of work onto you, the client/customer, condescending interactions at every level, limits on the time that docs can spend with you... it couldn't be more of a sh*t show to be honest.Couple that with the insurer being the provider, which by definition is a MASSIVE conflict of interest, and you begin to understand you're NOT the client, you're the prey.An unsustainable business model mixed with obvious employee dissatisfaction which they express by treating you (the prey) in a crappy way, and you've got a pretty useless provider for the customer, so I'll be heading somewhere else...soon...*UPDATE*I see the response, and yeh, that wouldn't exactly be private would it? I'm not staying with you guys but for the time I am I don't need someone messing with me more than you do already.

When it's busy, fine, 5 hour wait in emergency, I get it. But they more cared about my insurance paperwork than me feeling like I was going to pass out in front of them. An old man in a wheelchair asked to to be wheeled to the restroom, the said "just a minute", never went to him and so another patient took him - they didn't even bat an eye. Didn't ask me pain level, nothing. Just let me sit forever till someone finally called me.

KAISER PERMANENTE' MEDICAL OFFICES in Panorama City are expansive and modern. In addition to examination rooms, the facility contains a large, garden-like, air conditioned, weather protected atrium, with comfortable seating, small tables, and a grand piano. The building's elevated entrance is reached by a gentle, wheelchair ramp, with a hairpin turn, or a steep, less walkable stairway. Registration is located, just inside, on the right, in a glass walled area. The directions supplied by the receptionist were accurate and detailed. There is lots of walking in this large, ADA compliant building. Wheelchair ramps and elevators connect levels. Signage is very good. Each department has its own waiting room. Electric outlets, for cell phone charging, are available.Cars are required to stop when entering the grounds. Free parking is supplied in a multi-story structure as well as on the closer lot. Disabled parking is located near the building entrance. Electric vehicle charging is available. A Covid mask is required.
