I was involved in an accident during the intake the person who did the paperwork and sent the contract told me that the percentage would be taken out after all the doctors were paid . That didn't happen they took 40 percent from the overall all settlement and then asked if I read the contract before I signed. I did read it and asked repeatedly on how it works and the person told me don't worry its just worded that way. Alexander did the property side of my case and my car has a deminished value and he stated their us nothing he can do so he was a waist of breath. Guillermo is the worst one he was very condensending when I spoke to him. I had surgery on my arm prior to my accident so when I went to the doctor they asked if I had any pain I said yes then my medical insurance proceeded to charge me for the therapy I was already receiving due to the surgery all Guillermo said well its the law they can claim thats all the therapy is from the accident. Seriously wish that ac chiropractic never recommended them. The person doing the reduction cost is ken Estrada another waist of breath. So In short worst experience with a law firm ever.
