I have been with Kate for a few years. She has been wonderful. I was given to Diana for my future appointments. Which is fine. It took her three weeks to get the paperwork I needed for a loan. I keep hearing it's in the mail. II was then given to Emily. I called her four times with no return calls. I called Kate three times and left messages. With no response. I called the main office and left a messageAll it takes is a text to someone to follow up. Or how about this. A return call.
