We had a very disappointing experience with this pool service company. The initial installation was extremely expensive, yet they never properly explained what equipment they installed, how the system worked, or what maintenance was required. It felt like they just wanted to finish the job and move on.
Looking back, the equipment they recommended was clearly not the best solution for our pool and situation. Instead of designing a reliable long-term setup, they installed something that failed in less than two years — and now we’re expected to spend even more money replacing it.
What’s especially frustrating is the warranty. They only provided a 1-year...read full review
I called this company looking to get a hot tub installed and serviced. The owner stated he would send one of his employees out between 3-4 pm yesterday. I called and texted the owner at 4:45 after nobody showed up. No response, no callback. I'm sure there's some excuse, but I'm still waiting to hear it. If there were a 1/2 star, I'd give it to this company.
I was a customer, and made mistakes in that I didn't try to get service from others - even after paying them for service for months and spending hundreds of dollars. After their weekly servicing my system my wife smelled mildew in the water of our hot tub - which is part of the pool (not disconnected). I sent them a note and here is the reply they sent: ******** From: [email protected] Date: Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 3:05 PM To: Matt G Subject: Re: ***** hidden because it is my address Good Afternoon, The hot tub should be drained every 4-6 months because its a small body of water. If it smells bad its time to service it by draining it, refill and cleaning the small filters. Ismael will be there tomorrow between 12-1pm. to service the pool and he can show you and better explain what is needed. Best, ****** I told them that our hot tub is part of the pool, but clearly they didn't bother to look at the information related to our home. The next week the supervisor showed up, who said that they would shock it and get it under control. I said great. Supervisor shows up the following week after the shock and says, "you need to move to salt water." It was then asked for a second opinion. Each of them said that the chemicals were out of balance and my water couldn't hold chlorine. Each of them recommended a similar strategy. Supreme Swimming pools don't seem to know what they are doing. They seem to be a rip off for weekly service. They will continually try to upsell you. Here are the facts: 1) Other providers were $100 per month cheaper. 2) Other providers did not try to continually upsell me. Run away. Don't trust them. At the very least get a couple of second opinions.
