I contacted Servpro San Mateo on a Sunday night about a fiberglass mattress issue and was amazed that they picked up and had their Palo Alto crew out the next morning. When the scope was larger than they initially planned for, they were careful to take pictures to share with project manager Martin and come back with a detailed scope of work and pricing. It was definitely a pretty penny but the team was flexible within the scope to make sure the right areas were clean, they did not nickel and dime which I appreciated. Elyi, Piki and Maria did a very thorough job over 2 days and communicated well through Martin. I feel glad to have my home back in good shape.
When our retail bank branch experienced a flood event, ServPro was on the scene within 90 minutes assessing the damage and beginning the water mitigation process. From there, the ServPro team worked closely with us to identify the issues and provide a plan of action and timeline for completion.
Their team worked late evenings and weekends to get us back up and running as quickly as possible.
