No complaints about the outcomes of the surgery done by Dr. Baird, but I always feel a bit like a piece of meat being processed through "the system." I feel a bit rushed and when I ask questions I get the feeling that I am inconveniencing him and his staff. Of course the most important thing is the quality of the work, so still 4 stars for that.
