    I have been working with Ariana once a week for about 5 months now to address gaps left over from my second ACL surgery. I had been doing physical therapy through my insurance for 1.5 year post-surgery, but frustrating experiences with expectations, communication, and lack of progress led me to quit without realizing many of my goals.
