Dr. Folan can be a little hard to get an appointment with—and for good reason. He’s that good. He actually listens, takes his time, and genuinely cares. I never feel like just another patient. Every time I see him, I truly feel like he remembers me and my husband, not just reviewing our chart.
He’s also extremely intelligent and thoughtful. If there’s ever something more specialized—like a heart condition or thyroid issue—he doesn’t just pass you off to a department. Dr. Folan is the best. He is a thorough physician and has a very calm approach with his patients. He asks good questions and spends the required time to do thorough examinations. His staff is excellent as well. Their service oriented attitude shows the respect they have for him and his patients.
Dr Folan is absolutely the best physician I have ever encountered. He is a great listener and takes in all information related to me and not only focuses on my physical health.
