We redo our trust and will documents every five years and the team at Klosek Law Offices have been the best by far. Amber Hottes was extremely knowledgeable, productive and tenacious. We had an unusual situation with a relative in France (which has some highly unusual rules around trusts). Amber dug right in. She also has a lot of common sense around her client's needs:
- she knew when we needed a call vs email
- when to ping a reminder to move things along and
- when she was researching, she made sure we knew she was working on things.
