My husband and I enjoyed our couple's massage and we would certainly go again. Very pleasant experience right from reservations to final goodbyes. We tipped each $20 and they were very happy.

Excellent massage! Unfortunately the interior is a bit dirty. The sheets on my bed were gritty with dirt and we're obviously not changed before me. Other than that it was a great massage! Price is excellent for Palo Alto, but you do kind of get what you pay for. If what you're looking for is just a really good massage and you don't care about the aesthetics, this is a great spot.
I did walk in for 30 minute chair massage and I got an amazing service by Andy. He focused on my shoulder, traps, and neck which I asked for in the beginning. I was hesitant having a male masseuse but he did such a good job. Tipping was confusing cause I did a 30 minute service vs 1 hour so their tipping suggestion chart confused me. However, service was great so they deserve the 20-25% 😄
