I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service provided by Galaxy Heating and Air Conditioning. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Their team arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the issue, and explained the best options for my home. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and worked efficiently. Not only did they resolve the issue quickly, but they also offered valuable tips for maintaining my HVAC system. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work.
After having 3 different companies come and not fix our problem, we finally found Galaxy. Specifically Eddie from Galaxy who was able to accurately diagnose our problem and ultimately fixed the issue. My only complaint is that I wish we'd found them sooner. You can tell Eddie knows what he is talking about and he takes the time to explain what is going on. He's like a professor of HVAC, super knowledgeable and exactly who you want looking into a complex issue. No one else even got close to solving our problem! Thank you!!
Eddie and his team went above and beyond to squeeze us into his busy schedule. We were desperate to have a new furnace installed in our house as the cold season was already upon us.
