Baylands Golf Links offers a challenging links-style course with tough greens and wide fairways, making it a worthwhile experience for golfers. The practice facilities, including a top-notch driving range and chipping and putting greens, are excellent, though the greens close early without floodlights. Golfers can enjoy the thrill of planes taking off and landing nearby while honing their skills in a beautiful setting. The staff is friendly and the overall facilities are highly regarded.
Yes, this is a gorgeous links course in the middle of the Bay Area. The pro shop staff are very friendly, unfortunately I wasn’t pleased with the restaurant staff, on two occasions. The price for Bay Area residents usually ran $52, during the week. We booked a tee time recently and they instituted “Dynamic” pricing. REALLY! On a Monday at 10:30a.m., when we checked in, we were told the price would be $190 for two players, with cart. On the spot $Dynamic$ pricing. We were not informed of this when we made our tee time two days before and never received a confirmation. Morals of this review, don’t ever assume and just say no!
