My wife and I have been working with Jason for years and we truly cannot say enough good things about him. He has everything you want in a trainer: professionalism; unparalleled expertise on all things health and wellness related; and a kind, friendly approach that will appeal to anyone. He knows just how hard to push you so you are always advancing, but not so much that you risk injuries, or become too intimidated to continue. He is open-minded, creative, and collaborative. I've been training with Jason Agrella since Sept 2022 and he is the absolute best. In the past 1.5 years, I've seen huge strides in my strength (including doubling my deadlift PR) and mobility, but perhaps what I appreciate most is the knowledge that I've gained since working with Jason.
