It was a great experience and we bought two shoes. Thanks to Kayla and her teams help. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. There are lots of new designs with comfortable fabrics.
Despite quite a large footprint in the Stanford Mall, they surprisingly don't have much inventory nor selection. We had a few items we were eyeing on the website and went over to try things out, but literally nothing was available, or on display.
I guess having fewer items allows for a more "airy" feel as you stroll through but quite frankly, none of the clothes fit well despite my wife being quite skinny, fit and tall. Also, the materials aren't really top notch. Not sure why the prices are so high.
The staff was friendly and the fitting rooms were spacious. Very pleasant so that was the saving grace.
The closest location to SF, a bit of a trek but worth it. The layout of the store is inviting...puts you in the mood to shop. Whoever designed their aesthetic gets it. The service was top notch. The selection was awesome. Got a few items which weren't cheap but totally worth!
