I’ve dealt with many different contractors both professionally and personally over the past 30 years, and SWPC exceeded all expectations. They cleaned, repaired and painted both the entire interior and exterior of our house. They are not just a paint company, but also a construction company that does it all. We’ve been plagued by problems with leaks from poorly installed exterior wooden trim. Most contractors wouldn’t touch it, and a previous one made it worse. SWPC removed all the old trim, and replaced it with stucco. It looks great and the last rain proved no leaks for the first time in 10 years! . A surprise was they renovated our tired old deck and it’s better than when we bought the house. They didn’t take any shortcuts, and did quality work. The cost was very reasonable. It was a pleasure working with owner/manager Chis Smith. My only regret is that I didn’t know about them earlier. Our house truly feels like a brand new home.
