If i could score the service, it would be 0 stars, they came and made it hard for us to decorate, they put the floor in crooked my dad and everyone had to straighten it, Ana said we would have time to set up our decorations, her lazy worker stood around telling everyone what to do. This place SUCKS. I ordered table cloths for a baby shower,upon opening them there were stains and holes and could not use them for my event. The next day I returned to the shop and let her know,she said there was nothing she could do because it looked like I bleached them. I asked to speak with the owner she said he would call me about a refund. It's been 2 months and nothing when I finally called again she said he was in "Canada" for an unknown time. SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE SCAMMERS

Que experiencia tan horrible. Ana no es nada profesional o amable. Hicimos contrato para la despedida de mi hija y me quedaron mal. Hicimos el contrato un men de nuestro evento y la semana del evento me llamo para decirme que no tenia los platos que acordamos. Despues de quedar mal, no trato de arreglar la situación o de aceptar nada de responsabilidad. Me empenso a dar escusas por lo cual no podia rentarme el resto de las cosas, diciendo que de donde yo vivia no podia rentar, pero yo le habia dejado saber desde un principio de donde yo estaba manejando. Ofresio regresarme mi deposito dos dias antes de mi evento-sin disculparse diciendo que fuera a buscar lo que acordamos en otro lugar. Lo que no se puso a entender es que no dio suficiente tiempo de buscar las cosas que necesito. Yo siendo mujer de negocio se que el cliente se le trata de entender y ayudar. Y mas importante respetar el contrato cual ella no cumplio. Incluso me estaba pidiendo información personal que no requiere el contrato o que ella dijo cuando hicimos el contrato. Al fin decidí agarrar my deposito para tras antes de que quedara mas mal y arruinara mi evento. Muy MUY mal! No soy mala persona pero voy a meter demanda civil por no cumplir contrato simplemente por como Ana maneja esta situación y su negocio. Y lo que mas verguenza da es que ella es la dueña y se trato de limpiar las manos diciendo que ella es empleada y tiene un dueño pero no nos dejo hablar con el mentado dueño directamente. No renen aqui.
