I have used west side tan in the past for an in studio spray tan done by a lovely lady. For that service 5 stars ! I can not give a review on the other services. However , I have called numerous times the last 2 weeks and got no answer. There is a voicemail to leave messages and I did leave messages stating I was wanting to book an appointment for the spray tan service again. I received no call backs. Time was running out so I made my last attempt to call and I got an answer !!! What really upset me is the lady told me they no longer offer that service. I feel after leaving multiple messages that a return call should have been done , even to let me know they no longer provide that type of tanning. Customer service could have been better in that area and now totally crunched on time to find this tanning service.

This is more than tanning, hot bed for detoxing and relaxing, can use in treatment for health issues they red light therapy near, several purposes, cryotherapy for skin and muscle aches, and knowledgeable staff for tanning. Locations all around.
