It was my dog, Brownie, first experience in a kennel setting at Val Vista. He is a red nose pit bull rescue that is very defensive around other dogs (so you can imagine my concern). However, Jacky and her team at Val Vista Kennels made the process perfect for him. They gave him proper individual attention and picked up he was uneasy with the neighboring dogs around him, so they made adjustment and he was back in a comfortable state of mind. There communication with me while I️ was away was great with constant updates on his well being. With such a huge kennel to run, it is amazing work they do. Brownie was returned with nothing but smiles! I️ give high recommendations for anyone looking for this service. Thanks again to the staff at Val Vista!
